Our project delivery method is based on the PRINCE2 methodology in which projects are managed by stages.

Our stages each have a deliverable that must be completed before progressing to the next stage.
This keeps the project under control and ensures everyone involved stays on the same page as the project progresses.

Below is a summary of our project stages:
1.
Project Definition
We put down the Client's desires in a clear detailed Project Brief which will become the guide for the entire project.
It outlines the project's parameters of Purpose, Quality, Cost and Time.

2.
Conceptualisation
We then put together a Concept Design Presentation based on the Project Brief showing how we propose to achieve the Client's desires. This includes floor plans and 3Ds.
Handover
4.
Construction
After the Construction Planning stage is completed, we are ready to get to site and bring the designs to life!
During this stage we carry out all the construction works required, ensuring they are done in line with the approved designs till we have a completed project.

Throughout the construction stage we provide the Client with Weekly Construction Progress Reports.

3.
Detailed Design
& Planning
After getting Client approval of the Concept, we engage the appropriate sub-consultants and sub-contractors based on the needs of the specific project. We develop the Details Package (this includes the Detailed Designs, Detailed Costings and Detailed Construction Program). We also obtain any construction permits required.
