About Us:
Crafted Projects Co. is a boutique Design-and-Build company based in Kampala. Founded by a husband-and-wife team, a designer and a construction manager, who share a love for bringing project ideas to life.

We know construction can feel like a chaotic jungle (unfit designs, runaway costs, unreliable contractors); we learned how to solve these challenges so that our clients don’t have to.

Founded in 2018 as a project management and design company, we now undertake all the stages of a construction project (right from surveying the property, to the design work, all the way to carrying out the construction) for both local and diaspora clients.

Thoughtful Designs
Designs should never be generic because no 2 people, families, businesses or properties are the same. As designers we pay attention to our clients desires, study their properties, and come up with design solutions that serve and delight them.
Dependable Builders
We know the experience of being devastated by unreliable contractors. We became builders after seeing too many clients lose time and money to unreliable contractors. After constantly finding it challenging to find reliable contractors to work with, we decided to become one.
Methodical Approach
Both the founders of the company have backgrounds in project management and strongly believe in having a structured and well-planned approach to every project. This keeps the project under control and ensures we are always on the same page as the client as the project progresses.
